WSC renews agreement with Lisheng Sports for TCR China and TCR Asia

WSC Group, the global TCR rights holder, has renewed its deal with Lisheng Sports to act as the sole promoter of TCR China and TCR Asia, with the new agreement running until 2028.

The two organisations first began working together in 2017, with Lisheng having acted as the promoter of TCR China since the series began that year.

In 2021, Lisheng, which is also the promoter of the China Touring Car Championship (CTCC), additionally became the promoter of TCR Asia.

The extended agreement is set to continue until 2028, and will allow the two organisations to further develop TCR competition in other Asian countries.

“This five-year extension ensures a long and bright future to both championships that are already benefiting from an increasing interest from drivers and teams of the regions.”
