Macedonian driver Viktor Davidovski will enter a new Honda Civic Type-R FK7 into the TCR Europe series in 2018, with the car being run by the PSS Racing Team.
The campaign marks a significant step up for Davidovski, who has previously clinched wins in national championship racing in Macedonia and Serbia.
The TCR newcomer, who first got behind the wheel of a TCR car in a SEAT León at Spa-Francorchamps last year, has previously won titles in both circuit racing and hill climbing between 1998 and 2017.
“I am very proud and honoured to be the first driver from the Republic of Macedonia to enter in the TCR Europe Series,” said Davidovski. “My team and I are eager to compete alongside all the other great drivers and produce our best performance!
“Because this is our maiden season in TCR, we expect it to be tough. But we will focus on showing our potential and will use this opportunity to gain more experience.”
