Bradley Hutchison continues quest for TCR UK title in 2026

Bradley Hutchison will continue to race in the TCR UK series in 2026, as he stays put at his family-run team in a yet-to-be-revealed car.

Hutchison, 27, first raced in TCR UK in 2022, initially in a first-generation Audi RS3 LMS TCR, before moving to a newer CUPRA Leon Competición at the end of the 2023 season.

After three podium results during his first two seasons, Hutchison stepped up a gear in 2024 when he became a genuine title contender, ultimately claiming three victories and 14 podium finishes on his way to second overall in the drivers’ championship standings.

Hutchison continued with a CUPRA Leon Competición in 2025, finishing the year fourth overall after one win and a total of six podiums in his MPH Racing-run car.

The Yorkshire-based driver has yet to reveal which car he will race in the forthcoming season.

“I’m very happy to say that I’ll be back in 2026, and this is the year where I go for the driver’s title,” said Hutchison. “We’ve been in the title fight for the last two years in a row, we have plenty of experience in TCR UK and running various different TCR cars, so this is it.

“I’m very grateful to Elland Roofing Supplies, who come on board as our new title sponsor, and I look forward to revealing which car we will be using in the near future.

“There are no excuses anymore and no hiding. It’s the 2026 TCR UK title, and we’ll give our all to win it this year.”

Championship Manager Jack Finlan is pleased to see Hutchison and the team return to TCR UK for a fifth season.

“Brad, Martin and MPH Racing embody the true lad and dad family-run team in touring car racing, and they have taken the fight to the bigger teams each year,” added Finlan.

“In the last two years, they have been title contenders and shown that they can punch above their weight, showing the true spirit of TCR.

“Brad is a race winner, and the team has often shown that they can overcome adversity and show their best work on track.

“I look forward to seeing which model of TCR car the team choose and wish them all the best ahead of the new season.”
