RC2 Junior Team will enter two CUPRA Leon Competición cars in this weekend’s TCR Europe event at Monza in Italy, with Sergio López and Rubén Fernández driving the cars.
The Spanish team has been campaigning the cars in several championships this year. Venezuelan López joined the grid of TCR Spain for the third event onwards, claiming a podium in his third race, and the 24-year-old has also taken part in the Imola round of TCR Italy earlier this month.
Fernández is the current leader of the TCR class in the Campeonato de España Resistencia, having claimed three victories thus far.

Both drivers also took part in the Coppa Italia Turismo event at Vallelunga in July, where they both one won race each.
