Rob Austin has been disqualified from the second British Touring Car Championship race at Brands Hatch.
Austin, who will now start from the rear of the field as Tom Chilton is promoted to pole position for the final event, has been excluded for passing Andrew Jordan under double-yellow flags at Clearways.
With the Subaru Levorg GT of Ashley Sutton and the Mercedes A-Class of Aiden Moffat already beached in the adjacent gravel trap, championship officials have decided to penalise Austin for the breach in regulation.

The ruling also promotes Adam Morgan to fourth in the final classification from race two.
The final race gets underway at 17:12.
